This policy covers the starfathom.com website, the planned data practices for Starfathom Ads Manager, and the mobile apps we publish. Each mobile app has its own privacy policy because what an app collects depends on the SDKs inside it. Links to those are below.
1. This website
starfathom.com is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no contact form, and no comment section, so there is nothing here for you to submit. We do not run analytics or advertising scripts on it and we do not set cookies.
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical details of a request (IP address, user agent, requested URL) to deliver the page and to protect against abuse. We do not use that data to build a profile of you, and we do not sell or share it.
2. Starfathom Ads Manager and planned Google API data use
Starfathom Ads Manager is a planned internal command-line tool and reporting dashboard currently in development by STEFANCHO LABS. The production tool has not yet been implemented and does not currently retrieve, change, or store production Google Ads data. Once implemented and approved, it will authenticate with a Google Account we own and use the Google Ads API only for our own Google Ads account.
- Data the tool is designed to access: Google Ads campaign structure and settings, daily budgets, supported bidding-goal and language/location settings, ad assets, aggregate conversion and performance-reporting data, and the account identifiers required to address those resources.
- Planned use: create, update, pause, measure, and review App campaigns for mobile apps published by STEFANCHO LABS, apply changes explicitly confirmed by the operator, and produce internal performance reports.
- Planned storage: OAuth credentials and refresh tokens will be kept in private, access-controlled local configuration. Aggregate reporting data may be cached locally only for internal campaign analysis and will be retained only while needed for that operational purpose.
- Sharing: we will not sell, license, disclose, or transfer Google user data to third parties, use it for advertising on behalf of others, or use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
The tool will not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts, or other Google services, and it will not be offered to outside users. Once enabled, access can be revoked at any time through the connected Google Account. Any use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
3. Our mobile apps
Common to every app we publish:
- None of our apps require an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number.
- What you create in an app is stored on your device unless the app's own policy says otherwise, and it is deleted when you delete the app.
- Some apps are free and show ads. Where they do, the ad provider (Google AdMob) may collect device identifiers and ad-interaction data for ad delivery, fraud prevention, and measurement. This is described in the relevant app's policy.

Our apps are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

If what we collect or how we handle it changes, we update this page and the date above.
